Hi admins, tech staff, designers of Stridekick,
I use a Garmin vivosmart HR as my step counter. The details are up-to-date on my Garmin online account but Stridekick is not porting over my steps from my Garmin account, since day one StrideKick account is couple of thousands steps behind which I thought was okay maybe your app is busy but now Its gone beyond my limit where I say its okay because its not.
I lost 12,000+ steps yesterday and I lost 12,000+ steps today.
On my Garmin Account,
On the 5th of November I have 43,084 steps which took me over half a day to achieve and Stridekick has only ported over 31K steps.
On the 6th which is today I have 18600 steps on my Garmin vivosmart HR and stridekick has only ported over 6K steps.
Initially I didn't take any notice but now I am getting very frustrated with this as this step challenge means a lot to me and I am not getting all my steps ported over from My Garmin Device to Stridekick account.
Can someone please help here or tell me to sign out of this challenge which is for a great cause (Children Hearts Association charity) just because this app is not able for providing a good service.
